CEO's Message

At Nint Group, we have been tackling the challenges faced by e-commerce companies through data technology. When we launched our e-commerce data analysis service business in 2014, the term “big data” was just beginning to emerge. At that time, the use of technology was limited, not only among small and medium-sized enterprises but also among large corporations, as many were still exploring ways to leverage data.

Over the past decade, driven by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the expansion of the e-commerce market, technological advancements, and tools like generative AI, technology has advanced dramatically. I have personally witnessed and experienced these significant waves of change.

On the other hand, Japan faces severe challenges such as a declining population, labor shortages due to low birth rates and an aging society, and stagnation in consumer market growth. However, I believe these challenges present opportunities for Japanese companies to rise to the occasion and grow. It is crucial for us to rediscover and reaffirm the value of Japan during this time.

In the reuse industry, I see tremendous potential for further development through the application of technology and digital innovation. At our company, we aim to spread the excellence of reused products and the craftsmanship of Japanese goods to the world by leveraging data, technology, and human ingenuity.
